Free Exercises to enlarge and make your Penis Bigger


             There are a number of free exercises to enlarge and make your penis bigger. This article will discuss some of the best ways to enlarge your penis with free penis enlargement exercises.
Before I get started it's important to bear in mind that you shouldn't perform these exercises daily as your penis needs a rest from exercises every now and then. You will find that if you use these exercises every day that you will be doing more harm than good and it will ultimately hurt your chances of enlarging your penis. So as keen as you may be to start these exercises I would highly recommend that you slow down at first and set a timetable for when you will do these exercises and stick to it.

             The first exercise to enlarge your penis is called the PC flex. It is a very effective exercise as exercising this muscle will give you very strong erections. As with women who are going through pregnancy, the PC muscle is the muscle that controls when you urinate and when you can stop urinating. The key here is making your PC muscle stronger and you can perform this exercise virtually anywhere. Initially only perform these exercises for five minutes at a go and then gradually increase it to up to 30 minutes at a time and leave it at that time limit. When you squeeze your PC muscle you will feel the muscle around your anus working also. What this will do is increase the blood flow to the penis which ultimately will increase your penis width. This is an ideal exercise to start with, however, to increase the amount of blood going to more parts of your penis you should do more.

             This next exercise involves grabbing your penis head with the grip of an okay symbol by making the shape of the letter O with your index finger and your thumb. Stretch your penis in front and hold it in that stretch for around 10-15 seconds. After you have done that gently massage your penis. Now continue to stretch and hold the penis for around 10-15 seconds in up, left, right, straight and down directions. Be sure to massage between each repetition. If you have trouble keeping a grip I recommend using tissue or toilet paper. Be sure not to stretch your penis too far, this exercise should not be painful.
The jelq exercises requires some form of lubrication. Baby oil is recommended and is easily within anyone's budget. It is important to perform your penis stretching exercises before you do exercises to widen your penis as it is easier to get a hold of your penis. For this exercise get aroused to around 80 percent firmness. Then once again use an okay grip starting at the base of your penis and moving up to the head. When you are doing this focus on pushing the blood up to your penis head. When you have reached the head, swap hands and continue doing about 25 of these jelqing exercises in the first seven days. Then add another 25 after every seven days. By around 2 months you will be doing 200 jelqs and leave it at that amount. As with every penis enlargement exercise, always be sure to gently massage your penis after each repetition.
It is absolutely critical that you perform a warm up and a warm down before and after your exercises by taking a warm towel and for 3 minutes wrapping it around your penis.

MEXICAN IN BIRMINGHAM

As always, I enjoyed my trip to Birmingham to see my daughter!  Such a beautiful campus and city.

We went to Cocina * Superior for lunch.  The Mexican food here is the best I have ever eaten, and I have eaten my share, including the food in Mexico.

We later went shopping around and stopped in at Barnes and Noble, my favorite book store.  We had a coffee drink and sat on the garden deck!  It was in the 70's and sunny.  Such a gorgeous day!  ENJOY!

Antiaging Skin Care: 7 Tips for healthier and younger skin

Worsening environmental problems such as decreased atmospheric protection from ultraviolet (UV) radiation and elevated levels of air pollutants have an adverse effect on our skin on a daily basis. This is truer today than it was ten years ago. These conditions may result in increased risk of the aging of our skin.

Another problem is that - on average - people are living longer than ever before. People now want to be young, healthy and even sexy year after year, even though the calendar tells them that with advancing age. While the fountain of youth can remain out of reach, most of us want to do everything we can to maintain a youthful, vibrant skin. We are moving into an era in which our bodies age may not correlate with the way our skin looks. Science and medicine gives the average person has a chance to protect and nourish the skin is still effective, affordable ways.

Here are 7 tips to help protect the skin against the effects of aging and have a healthier, more radiant skin - regardless of your age.

Tip 1: Wash your face every morning: when you wake up every morning, your skin is covered with layers of dead skin, oil, dirt and dust. Clean your skin of impurities, a part of their morning ritual of washing the face. You can also regularly use an exfoliant delicate that you can remove layers of dead skin cells that gather at night to reveal a healthy skin underneath.

Tip 2: Get enough relaxation: Today, people who work more hours and pack more activities at every hour of every day, which increases the potential for a more stressful life. Stress releases hormones in the body, as some studies suggest, may reduce the ability of your cells' on regeneration. An excellent way to combat the effects of stress is to get a good night's sleep. Getting at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night is good for your mind and skin.

Tip 3: Avoid cigarette smoke: When possible, you should reduce exposure to smoke and other pollutants. Be especially careful when smoking cigarettes or live / work around people who do. Cigarette smoke is definitely harmful to healthy skin. Smoke fills your blood carbon monoxide, which then from the edge of life-giving oxygen to the cells need. Smoke also uses up vitamin C in the blood, which is important for maintaining the collagen in the skin (see below).

Tip 4: Use sunscreen every day, even on cloudy days: You've probably heard it before, but this is as true now as ever: to use sunscreen every day. How many times have you seen a nice 40, 50, and 60-year-old man, whose face and neck were weathered and wrinkled as the skin on other parts of the body still looks young and tight? If what we know about the positive effects of sunscreen was known, 30 or 40 years ago, these people have a much softer, more beautiful skin today. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of what science has proven: sunscreen helps fight signs of aging skin - even the clouds.

Tip 5: Wear a hat when they go out in the sun for extended periods: If you find that you walk in the sun for an extended period of 30 minutes or more, make sure you wear a hat. This provides an extra layer of protection than sunscreen. Even one or two serious sunburns can have a lasting negative impact on the health of your skin.

Tip 6: Get plenty of vitamin A: Our skin has a complicated relationship with sunlight. On the one hand, the skin from sunlight to produce enough vitamin D, which is essential for the proper absorption and utilization of calcium. On the other hand, too much sun damages the skin and may also contribute to premature skin aging and wrinkles. Fortunately, recent studies have confirmed that using creams containing vitamin A directly on the skin will remove the wrinkles associated with natural aging (Archives of Dermatology, May 2007).

Tip 7: Apply to the skin Vitamin C: Collagen is a natural component of skin, which helps smooth out wrinkles naturally. The production of collagen in skin may be injured by the natural process of oxidation, a process in which oxygen free radicals break down cellular tissue. Use of Vitamin C - a natural anti-oxidant - can help the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and thereby smooth the wrinkles on the skin.

Maintaining healthy skin requires daily care, but the good news is, there are many things you can do to look healthy. Even when you were neglecting your skin for months or years since you've been too busy, it is never too late. Try these tips for a few weeks, and you should see significant improvement in beauty, radiance and skin health.
